Vinyl fencing is designed to be low-maintenance, durable, and long-lasting. With minimal upkeep, your fence will maintain its beauty and strength for years to come.
Use a garden hose to rinse off dirt and dust. For tougher spots, use mild soap and water with a soft cloth or brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Mix 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water, or use a mild household cleaner to remove stains. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
Avoid sharp tools or heavy objects near the fence. Keep landscaping trimmed to prevent staining and wear over time.
Check periodically for any loose posts or panels, especially after storms. Tighten or secure any sections as needed.
Transferability: This warranty may be transferred once to a subsequent homeowner, provided the transfer request is submitted in writing within 30 days of real property title transfer. A $175 transfer fee applies. Upon transfer, the remaining warranty converts to a 30-year limited warranty. Non-residential installations are not eligible for transfer.
How to File a Claim: Submit a written claim to MWVP within 30 days of discovering the defect. Include proof of purchase, photographs, and/or physical samples of the defective product. Contact MWVP at 435-274-4007 or [email protected].
